External Standards
While we have invested seven-figure sums in leading-edge facilities, we believe our people are far more important. Our senior staff include well-known figures in the passenger transport sector, with many years experience of instruction. Our growing team of assessors and lecturers, covering a broad range of subjects, meet our high standards, and are themselves subject to regular checks and further training.
Robust Training has been subjected to stringent quality checks, both technical and financial, by the Learning & Skills Council, the government agency charged with upskilling the workforce and disbursing some £11 billion a year.
We also work closely with the sector skills body, Go-Skills, and are active members of such bodies as the Association of Learning Providers and other industry bodies. We are helping to set new, higher standards for new and revised qualifications.
We have both ISO 9001 and the Investors in People standard, and are currently working towards Matrix accreditation.
