Help young people succeed
Many young people face barriers to achievement that stop them from building constructive futures for themselves. This can lead to a lack of ambition that causes young people to abandon their education; family support and respect for the community.
We intervene at crucial points to make sure that all young people realise their potential; continue their studies and move into the world of work fully prepared to succeed.
How can you help?
Offer an Apprenticeship place:
If you are currently recruiting staff, have you though of taking on an apprentice?
- we can show you how to access Government support when giving Apprentices an opportunity.
Sponsor a training course:
Your company can assist young people to get ahead by sponsoring one of our pre-employment or pre-Apprenticeship programmes. This maybe to help with your own recruitment or just to ensure a young person gets an opportunity to shine.

Train to be a mentor:
At Robust we offer full training on how to be a mentor to young people who have rejected mainstream support and maybe on the fringes of criminality. If you feel you could inspire a young person to return to school or attend college then
now.
Offer work experience:
Can you give young people an experience of work? We have groups of young people that exhibit potential to succeed at the highest level. Let them show you what they can do by offering a work placement or internship.
All young people who attend our training, work placements or apprenticeships have a fully trained mentor to assist them within any of their studies or activities. These mentors will work with you to ensure that both parties have a rewarding, positive experience.
